No. We do not require installing hardware GPS trackers in your vehicles. We focus on operational organization—tracking who is assigned to the vehicle, mileage records, and expenses—rather than live map surveillance. For location-based proof of work, we use GPS-stamped clock-ins via our employee management module.

Can I track maintenance schedules?

Currently, you can log service notes and history for each vehicle. Automated maintenance reminders (like "Oil Change Due") are part of our upcoming roadmap to help you stay ahead of repairs.

Can I assign a vehicle to a crew?
