Does MyCCSApp use GPS trackers?
No. We do not require installing hardware GPS trackers in your vehicles. We focus on operational organization—tracking who is assigned to the vehicle, mileage records, and expenses—rather than live map surveillance. For location-based proof of work, we use GPS-stamped clock-ins via our employee management module.
Can I track maintenance schedules?
Currently, you can log service notes and history for each vehicle. Automated maintenance reminders (like "Oil Change Due") are part of our upcoming roadmap to help you stay ahead of repairs.
Can I assign a vehicle to a crew?
Yes. You can assign any vehicle or piece of equipment to a specific employee or crew. This helps with accountability so you always know who was responsible for the asset on any job dispatched through our scheduling system.
What kind of equipment can I track?
Anything you want. The system is flexible. Most users track major assets like trailers, pressure washers, and floor scrubbers, which can be easily managed alongside your customer records in the Customer CRM.
