I have spent a quarter of a century running small businesses. I know the feeling of finishing a 12-hour day of hard labor, only to come home and face a mountain of paperwork.
I lived the "Shoebox Nightmare"—glove boxes stuffed with fading receipts, lost business cards, and sticky notes that flew out the window. I watched leads slip through the cracks simply because I was too busy working to manage the admin.
I tried the "big software" solutions. They were bloated, expensive, and clearly designed by people who had never washed a window or fixed a pipe in their lives.
So I Built The Solution.
